Velour is built for quiet, personal listening. This page explains how we respect that privacy.

What we collect

Velour only asks for the basics needed to deliver your stories: the email you sign up with, anonymous analytics about app stability, and your listening progress so we can save your place. We do not sell, rent, or broker that information.

How we use it

Listening progress lives on your device and securely in Supabase so you can resume across installs. Anonymous analytics help us keep the iOS app stable. We do not run ads, share data with advertisers, or use your inbox for anything beyond essential account updates.

Your choices

You can delete your account and associated progress anytime by emailing support@velourshorts.com. We will wipe your data from our authentication, database, and storage layers and confirm once it is complete.
